Languages & translations

Content in every language, and every label in the admin.

Content

Add a language under Settings → Languages and every page, menu item, form and media description gets a version in it. Each page has its own address per language (/about-us and /nb/om-oss), and anything not translated yet shows the default language's text.

In the visual editor, switch language in the toolbar and type over the text. The editor shows how many blocks are left to translate, and the AI translator can fill them in for you to check.

Labels

Every label in the admin and on your website is in Administration → Translations, where people can change the wording without a deploy. The lang files are the starting point:

~ Terminal
$ php artisan aurora:sync-translations
$ php artisan aurora:import-translations
$ php artisan aurora:export-translations
Sync adds new labels from your code, import loads the lang files, export writes edited labels back so they can be committed.
